I would like a custom made order. Can you help me?
Yes, of course! Use the contact us form or email hello@kraftsbox.com or hello@kraftsbox.ch
with your ask, once we confirm you request, a deposit will be asked to commence work, if accepted the deposit will be deducted from the final bill, if not accepted, no refunds will be given.
Do you do custom laser cut designs?
Yes, we do! Send your vector image .ai or .svg file to us by email on hello@kraftsbox.com or hello@kraftsbox.ch , after review we will confirm if this can be produced and will ask you to pay 50% deposit before work starts, remaining balance to be settled 5 days after delivery.
How long do I need to wait before I receive my items?
All orders have a lead time of 5-10 business days plus postage days. During busy festive periods please think ahead of time, lead days might be extended. For more information have a look at our T&C
I have not received my items yet, what do I do?

Can you do Product design, Logo or Rebranding for me?
Product, Logo or Rebranding design is acceptable, please purchase the product called Design For Me Simple / Medium / Large, this fee is for us to start communication with you and provide you with a proposal. If you accept our offer this will be deducted from the final invoice.
Can you delete all my personal data?
Yes, your personal data can be permanently erased from the system however this requires administration fee.
Purchase Erase My Data and send us an email attaching a copy of your ID Card for verification, we will action this as soon as possible.
